Bringing home back to the individual.
Waverly at Great Falls is designed as a small, private residential alternative to traditional memory care. Rather than asking a person living with dementia to adapt to an institutional schedule, we adapt the home, the daily routine, the staff approach, and the cognitive interventions around the individual.
The goal is to create the feeling of living in a beautiful private home while providing the structure, supervision, assistance, cognitive engagement, and behavioral support that become necessary as dementia progresses.
Waverly is not intended to feel like a facility with activities added to it. Dementia-informed approaches influence the entire day — waking, dressing, meals, bathing, transitions, rest, socialization, and evening routines.
What makes Waverly different

Waverly is not a large assisted living community. It is a small, carefully managed residence — intimate by design. This allows for a level of individual attention, consistency, and calm that simply cannot exist at scale.
The whole day is designed, not just the activities.
Most memory care settings add structured activities to an otherwise institutional day. At Waverly, dementia-informed thinking shapes every transition — from how mornings begin to how evenings wind down. The rhythm of the day is itself a form of care.
Staff approach built around the person.
Our team is trained in dementia-specific behavioral support and communication. They do not manage residents — they know them. Care plans, routines, and responses to behavioral changes are built around each individual's history, preferences, and needs.
