Waverly Manor Cognitive Centers
Dementia-focused consultation and support.
Waverly Manor Cognitive Centers provides dementia-focused consultation, cognitive assessments, family guidance, adult enrichment programming, in-home cognitive support, and individualized programming for individuals living with dementia and other neurocognitive diagnoses.
Families can contact Waverly when they are unsure what level of support is appropriate, are noticing changes at home, need help developing meaningful daily structure, or want guidance on next steps.

Fairfax County Adult & Aging Services
Fairfax County Adult & Aging Services helps older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers connect with community resources and support. Services include care management, in-home services, caregiver resources, assisted living and nursing home placement assistance, and referrals to other community programs.
Fairfax County Adult Protective Services
Adult Protective Services investigates concerns involving abuse, neglect, self-neglect, or financial exploitation of older adults and incapacitated adults. If you are concerned about the safety, treatment, neglect, or exploitation of a vulnerable adult, you can contact Adult Protective Services directly.
Northern Virginia Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program
The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program advocates for individuals receiving long-term care services and helps residents and families address concerns about care. Families can contact the Ombudsman when they have concerns about a nursing home, assisted living community, or certain long-term care services and need help understanding resident rights or resolving a care issue. The program serves Fairfax County as well as other participating Northern Virginia jurisdictions.
